These shirts fit my husband perfectly. He is 5'11". He usually wears a medium and also purchased a medium in this shirt. The sleeves are long enough, but they could be just slightly longer. When you lift your arm, the shirt gets short. The body of the shirt is a bit roomy, so if you are looking for a more fitted shirt, then you might want something different. We bought this one for my husband to wear over a t-shirt to protect his arms when he's working outside, so the roominess of the shirt if good for us. The color is great and looks very similar to the picture on Amazon.
